The one and only Vanessa Cate getting ready for a performance of "Cabaret Nights." The way I was sitting looking over at her seemed like an awesome picture. So of course I yelled "Don't move" and captured the moment. The result is pretty cool, "if I say so myself." :)

When in NYC, whenever Julie and I would head into Williamsburg, we would dress the part aka hipster, HAVE to wear a plaid shirt, and pretty casual. Well, Silver Lake is sort of LA's Williamsburg, so when venturing over there, I decided to "dress the part" in honor of my and Jalochie's Williamsburg trips. ha

In New York, there was not a single day that I did not drink out of this mug. If I didn't, I'd go crazy. It was some sort of weird ritual. I'm not that crazy anymore (well...), but I bring it out every once in a while. It's crazy how certain material items hold so much memory and emotion behind them.
